Nozzlex is a prerequisite for quality steel production by the continuous casting process or Ingot Process in avoidance of steel re-oxidation during transfer from ladle to Tundish. Shrouding of the steel stream is essential in avoiding re-oxidation however, is not always possible when ladle fails to open freely.

Our Nozzlex is available in three blends i.e. SILCA, SILICA -CHROME AND SILICA - ZIRCON base.

We are specialized in this product and performance level with our product is consistently above 95% of free opening in Indian Integrated steel works.
